2.3 Structure of a website

At this point you should have decided your webhosting plan you want and you have clear ideas about your domain name. Now let's take a look at the figure fig:04.

As we said at the introduction the data tier is done by PayPal and a small part of it by this e-book.

This small part we will include it to the logic tier since is really small and does not need the interaction with MySql or any other DBMS. The proposed web application uses files instead. Honestly, really big sites must be engineered from the bottom to up, this technique is the most professional one, but since we want to keep it as simple as possible we will start from the View tier. So in the next chapter will be demonstrated how to create the View tier of your business site.
