mkv to dvd. fails at "Starts Audio correction ..."

Trying to convert an mkv to a dvd iso. i get a 1.5gb extracted ac3 file but when it runs besplit it halts for a few minutes and then fails with this log:

the log file the 0 byte generated file to focus where exactly
the problem appears


I'm running avi2dvd as administrator. win7. installed all the progs that came with it. not sure why i cant get this to work. any ideas? or more information i can post?

Hello i am back !
Well i have good and bad news .
The bad news are that that actual MKV contains a DTS audio .
That means that this kind of mkv is not supported by avi2dvd right now.
The GOOD news are that using Foto2Avi
http://www.trustfm.net/divx/SoftwareFoto2Avi.php
You can produce DVD with your file.
I have tested with success your file.
Just add it at foto2avi and from the settings -> output select DVD format.
The only downside of foto2avi is that you can only generate DVD
pseudo-menu and not a real DVD menu.
If this not a problem with you then you are ok.
Foto2Avi supports DVD chapters.
