The film after avisub is all green

Postby dvallesp » Sat Sep 27, 2008 2:49 pm

Hello

I didn't find this error in the forum but maybe i did a bad search.

Sometimes, with certain avis, when the avisub finish the work the film is all in green.

More details.
I use avisub and the message is that the conversion is ok.
When I open the film I see all the picture green, the sound is ok and the subtitles too but no image (well, the image is all green).
Another strange thing is that the avi file that I use for add the subtitles is green too. So, the avisub write on them too... or at least that is what i think it happens.

I use the avic.exe to change the fourcc. After changing the fourcc from div3 to divx the film gets green too. But this is without using avisub, just by changing the fourcc using avic.exe i get with the all green movie.

Any idea?

Thanks a lot and sorry for my bad english

Diego.

I have this problem as well. Unfortunately, I could not find anything in the net to solve the problem yet.
The source file has gone too and I can not watch some of my movies because of this problem.
I've tested the files with many players in many PCs and no result. I used Gspot to find the proper codec might cause the problem but it shows everythings Ok except some error underneath.
Anyone can help?

Hello,

I'm new here, so im sorry if i am making some mistake.

I have a similar problem. When i use avisub in some files after the program finished the process the file is all black.

Since this thread has a problem very similar to mine i though it would be ok to post my problem here.

Anyone has any sugestions?

Thanks,

Aquaporina
