Many charsets don't work

It seems that folder2iso does not handle most non-"iso8859" charsets correctly. When such charset, say CP437 (DOS default), is selected, immediately after the processing begins, the mkisofs console (if shown) closes, and folder2iso reports success, but no file is generated. According to your response in, you seem to be passing the exact string as displayed in the charset combo box as the parameter to -jcharset option. In the UI many charsets are listed in upper case, but I believe the charset option string that mkisofs accepts are all in lower case. Can you check this?

# Also, it might be good idea to either pause at the end of processing if the console is shown, or dump log file to somewhere so it is easier to debug this kind of problem.
