Now we click on and we load our avi (ex : shrek.avi).
We select our ouput by clicking here :
We get this result finally :


Now we rightclick the shrek file from the listbox like this :


and we set the settings like the icon below :


I personally recommend these two resolutions :
160*120
208*176 high
Both of them produce an amv file with 16fps which is pretty good result.
